Evaluation for formal letter
I believe that I have written a good formal letter because I have written it to show my strengths and to show what I could bring to the company as well as letting them know what skills and experience that I have and how I could compliment there teams which is important to let them know how you could help them.As well as it is written in the correct format which is important and I wrote it in the same font that there websites they use to show I have done my research and it helps give them a sense of familiarity which could help my chances. I have also showed my past experience which I believe is important so that the person who sends the formal letter has evidence to prove what the has done which could impress an employer and it demonstrates you talent.I have a new intermediate outcome which has long term potential for work and experience.This has changed and developed my way of writing a formal letters because i now know the preferred layout language which is important to know so the employer know what style you use and how you use that style in your work.I believe that this has changed my behaviour because i have learnt how to end and sign off these letters which is a good habit to use.
Evaluation for moc interview drama
I believe that i have done a good job at producing ours with what we were given as well as i believe that i have could have done a lot of a better job than i did if i had a better location to film mine in because the room that we were given was a tight hot and awfully lighted . But i believe that we did was a good job because it serves the purpose that it needs to. It is a simple informational video that shows you the yes and no's in what to do in an interview which was the purpose. The over all outcome intentions of this was to have a piece intended to last a short term but to help you with the long term. The Idea was to have a small information video to help students going to university or if someone is trying to get a job and they need a interview and this video would tell them what to do and what not to do so that who ever watches this could feel more confident in an interview and so it Ould help them get a job or into there first choice interview.
Evaluation for my 2020 Canva CV
I have created a modern cv that shows all of my skills past experiences and school grades as well as the grades that I have used and put my previous grades from the last two years of college are on them from my merit in level 2 and pass in first year level 3. There is also my part time for that I have done fro clients not there . Also there may be my interests on it as well which is nit important or handy to an employer. I have done this because I wanted my cv to look new and for it mainly to just have some colour on it because normal cvs have a very boring uninspired looks upon them so by adding colour I am hoping mine will stand out among the crowds.Although I believe that it could look better with a border around it which is a shame but at the end of the day it looked different and it has all of the vital necessities chichis the important bit. And it would be a lot better than a standard boring cv to an employer.I also believe this to be effective because my product would receive the desired out put due to the fact that it is different and it shows my personality and interests to an extent.The sustainable of my cv is useful because it can be updated and reused as many times as needed and it has two types of outcome such as it is intended for the short term because it will only be useful for that one interview that you need and it is also intended for a long term because it can be reused and updated at any time meaning that it has aspects for long term use.
Evaluation for my website and showreel
I believe that this works and it is effective because it simply shows all of my work and how it look and works so that if I was to show this to an employer then he would have a good idea of what I can do when I did and a progression of how my work has changed over time which I believe is good and hope they understand why I did it. I believe that i have made some impact when i showed my managers at my place of work who both work in media one is a 3d stop motion and the other is a general manger of the cinema that i work at.I gathered feedback from them and i have to say i was pleasantly surprised because they know what i was going for which i was pleased with which told me that it worked and i was presenting my work clearly which pleased me .This Is also a good way for my employers to get my contact information if they would ever need to contact me as well as I believe that it is a good way for employers to understand me which is important because If I was being employed then they would have to understand me which this heaps with because it shows my interests and it give more detail about me as a person which is useful to me and an employer of when they come to decide weather to hire me.My show res is also good because It shows my style which my website docent do as well but that is still useful to me to get it across to people and for everyone else to understand me and my style.

This is a short paragraph where we asked to go through to find a company that has done social media well and badly at different points on time and evaluate those for comparison which I believe that I have done well because I have done Nintendo and the scandal a few years ago when they tried to copy right claim content creators for making money of playing there games and uploading it whilst getting paid to do so as well as I talked about the good that social media had done for them and the fortune that Have likely made of it. I talked about both sides of the argument and I gave my verdict on the matter out of my opinions. which I believe that I have done well apart form there is not enough examples of this so the paragraph could have been a lot better but I did what I could with the time and I was happy with what I produced.

In my practice interview I believe that I did well but in my wander I was not very good at giving specific answers and elaborating I said that I was a part of the project I needed to say what more I did and I only focused on the positive I could have said what went wrong and elaborated on that because it shows humility and I know when mistakes and I know how to fix them and realise when have made them.These are long term sustainable effective skills because they help you with every aspect of work it helps me with customers in person or on the phone as well as it helps me with interviews obviously but I am glad that I have done these because it has helped me with a lot of skills that I can use in the future for several different things.
Telephone skills
Telephone skills were very useful even though they are short term but you could apply them into the long term by adapting them for what job you want as well as they re a skill which in time would become invaluable.This was also effective because it let me know what I am doing if I get a call at work which means it is a relevant skill because this applies for every job and the skills apply over because it transfers over so that I could talk to customers on a one to one standing meaning that telephone skills helps you deal with customers face to face which is a long term transferable skill.I am very grateful that I have done this and have been taught them because it has helped me with a lot of skills that I can use in the future for several different things.

In retrospect my formal letter has helped me massively because it has changed the way that I write my letters and how I format them which is a useful skill t have and to now know because it helps people that I am applying to get to know my style and to know that I am serious and understand there style.
